Session #1 - Dealing with stress
thoughts on this session is if you don't wanna do something do it and listen to your gut and don't let anyone tell you what to do we played this game where it was like if you went to a party and there was alcohol would you still go to the party i said yes its called not drinking it. you just gotta say no and have fun or drugs or anything and when you are dealing with stress then go talk to a parent or great friend or just anyone and try to do something you love or just passion about like when i'm going through stress i write music and play on my guitar.
Session #2 - Stereotypes affected how a person is being treated by others.
the way you talk about people could really hurt them or they could do worst then just cry we have enough of that in the world we should be trying to make the world better tell people they look great and treat them like they should be treated don't judge a book by its cover get to know the person and there personality then if you don't like them then just don't hang with them
